Legacy Tablets are Disconnecting

Tablet disconnects were cause by a legacy MongoDB failing to clean up old tokens and becoming bloated. A re-Init cleaned up the old tokens and brought the database back for 1.73,gb to 77 mb. Alerts are now in place in case this token database grows again at which time, a re-init will be invoked to keep the tokens fresh.
